Anti-covid measures
Escape Rooms are a SAFE LEISURE option.
These are the safety measures we have adopted in The X-Door Valencia regarding Covid-19. All of them have been adopted based on the protocols published for businesses by the health authorities, and the indications of our consultant/engineer in terms of hygiene, cleanliness and air quality, and cleanliness of facilities:
Continuous air renewal
Our facilities are equipped with an air renewal system of the highest level and power, and totally independent of the air conditioning system. We put it into operation ALL DAY LONG to ensure that you play at all times with FILTERED OUTDOOR AIR free of viruses.
Mandatory mask
Our staff will be wearing masks at all times, and you MUST PLAY WITH THEM. Of course, you MUST BRING YOUR OWN MASKS, as we will not provide them on the premises.
Hydroalcoholic gel
Upon entering our premises you will find a GEL DISPENSER to clean your hands properly.
Disinfection of the rooms after each use
AT THE END OF EACH SESSION, we clean all the elements of the room and common areas with disposable cloths and products authorized by the Health Department.
Limited capacity
We have reduced our capacity, and at no time will you coincide with other groups in the same space.
